I had the incredible pleasure of sitting second row at the Halston Heritage show at the Vodafone London Fashion Weekend. Whilst i struggle with controlling myself at these events, i can, hand on heart, say the only thing i purchased as a coffee and a packet crisps. I enjoyed walking around and just taking in the designs, and admiring the art.
The Halston Heritage show was beautiful. I admire the models able to strut their stuff on the run away, all looking stunning.
Ombré dresses, monochrome suits and jumpsuits dominated the runway with Cape like Blazers Here available now at Net-a-Porter. This cape makes the catwalk accessible for the workplace.
Ombré dresses just screamed summer and made me want to walk along a white sandy beach in one. Perfect in the right heel and perfect with a graceful sandal.

As a Londoner, monochrome is my staple wardrobe. With statement print dresses, Halston became the monochrome lovers go to designer. If you wanted to brave all white, there was a look for that too.
The backless jumpsuit is elegant and a true statement piece and one of my favourites, along with the strapless jumpsuit, both of these would be perfect summer party pieces.
Halston encapsulates accessible ready to wear fashion. The air of catwalk glamour with workwear pieces allow you to stand out in the boardroom, and be admired for your professional fashion sense whilst being ready for after work cocktails in an instant.
The finale was spectacular. To view Halston Heritage's current collection available on +NET-A-PORTER click here should you wish to invest.
